We currently collect and process the following information (which is provided directly by you):
• Contact details (name, title, gender, country of citizenship, country of residence, email, phone, organization/institution);
• Demographic information (age and gender)
• Scientific Abstract of the applicant (title, author list, author affiliations, abstract text)
• Motivation letter of the applicant
• Travel grant information (in case applicants wants to apply for a travel grant)
• Billing information
• Correspondence with you (for example, we may keep a record of any correspondence with you in relation to the query).
3. PURPOSES FOR COLLECTING & PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use the information that you have given us in order to:
• provide you with information and support relating to the Brixen Proteomics Summer School;
• assess your application to attend the Brixen Proteomics Summer School;
• administer your participation in the Summer School, including processing your registration fee, handling submitted materials such as abstracts, and managing dietary requests;
• comply with applicable laws and regulations;
• If you are photographed as part of this onsite event, your image or likeness may be used in promotional material;
We may share this information with:
• The Federation of European Biochemical Societies (FEBS) as part of our reporting and funding obligations or for use by FEBS in reporting or promotion of its Advanced Courses program;
• The Education and Conference Centre (Bildungshaus) of the Augustinian Abbey of Neustift in Brixen (Stiftstr. 1, 39040 Vahrn, Italy);
